Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement. If we determine that there was a mistake on our part, we will replace your product at no additional charge. In some cases, we will require you to return the original product. We are not responsible for mistakes made during the pressing process, faulty heat press equipment, or customer artwork mistakes.

We do not issue refunds, but we will replace products that are defective due to manufacturing error.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Replacement Products
We will replace any product that is defective due to mistakes on our end.
